At Hilsa BD Broadband, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be issued.

1. Service Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a cancellation within the first 30 days of service. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@hilsabd.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the first 30 days of service. The following conditions must be met for a refund to be issued:

  • You must have an active subscription at the time of the refund request.
  • All equipment provided by Hilsa BD Broadband must be returned in good condition.
  • No refunds will be issued for any setup or installation fees.

3. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved and any equipment has been returned and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Setup and installation fees
  • Usage charges incurred before the cancellation request
  • Any additional services or add-ons provided by Hilsa BD Broadband
